Warranty

We have you covered.

Newteck Water Technologies Inc. and NewTeckH2.com, warrants your inhalation and portable bottle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of the original purchase covering parts/labor.   If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our option using new components.  Newteck Water Technologies Inc. does not cover freight costs related to warranty claims.

Product failures not covered by this warranty: This warranty only covers defects in manufacturing. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, unauthorized modification, lightning or power surge damage, extreme heat or cold, operating with no water in the unit, corrosive environments, dents, scratches or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover damage caused by service performed by anyone unauthorized to make repairs, nor does it cover consumable parts such as batteries.  Newteck Water Technologies Inc. is not responsible for any personal injury, and or death through the use of any of our products regardless of circumstance.  Newteck Water Technologies Inc. is not liable for any consequential damage through the use of any of our products.

IN NO EVENT WILL Newteck Water Technologies Inc., NewTeckH2 Inc or NewTeckH2.com BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE.  Newteck Water Technologies Inc., NewTeckH2 Inc and NewTeckH2.com specifically disclaim all other warranties, expressed or implied, and the user shall deem the installation or use of this product an acceptance of these terms.
To obtain warranty you must call our office or send us an email explaining what the problem is.

By calling (1) 226 868 3027, one of our representatives will act on the issue. If you have a defect caused by a manufacturing problem, we will either try to resolve the issue by asking you to go through a few simple procedures which will help us understand better what the issue is. This step is necessary in case the problem can be remedied over the phone or through email. A defect problem will require you to return your product. You must deliver the product to our closest retail facility. A sales receipt may be required to verify the original retail purchase. You must either use the original packing or pack the unit securely to avoid damage during shipping. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days after authorization to return is given. Ship your product pre-paid, we do not pay shipping for returns back to us.
