Return Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed.
You may return undamaged items in their original packaging to us postmarked within 30 calendar days of delivery. To provide a fair evaluation of our products we ask that you do not return in the first 15 days after delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping costs. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. Contact us to arrange the return.

Damage on Arrival (DOA)
NewTeckH2 Inc. guarantees safe delivery of your orders. We will exchange any damaged items and we cover the freight. You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping Policy
Under normal circumstances and subject to availability, we do our best to ship most verified orders within 3 business days after receiving your payment.  Ground shipments usually arrive within 4 business days; however, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery especially during peak seasons and severe weather conditions.  We cannot ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays.  Any order placed on Saturdays or Sundays or on a national holiday will be shipped within 3 business days. 

All orders are subject payment verification to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.  This is a necessary precaution to protect our customers from credit card fraud and identity theft.  To avoid delay, please ensure that the billing address and phone number you provided matches what is on file with your financial institution.  For payments such as money orders, PayPal or personal checks, orders are shipped once payment is received and cleared. For security purposes, all orders paid via personal checks are subject to a 10-business day delay.  

On occasion we may face unforeseen delays shipping your order (i.e. large order volumes, back order situations, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control).  We will notify you by phone or email if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame as stated.
